Pour l’anecdote:
Un bon riz cantonais comme plat principal ou en accompagnement d’un bon canard laqué ou de bœuf aux poivrons ou meilleur encore, de St Jacques sel et poivre de Madagascar, quel régal!!
Là encore simple à faire et économique,voici cette petite recette bien sympa pour vos repas en famille ou entre amis.
Ingrédients:(pour 4 personnes)
200 g de petits pois surgelés extra-fins
4 tranches de rôti de porc très fines ou jambon.
2 œufs
1 petit émincé de poireau
280 g de riz parfumé
huile vierge de sésame
La recette:
Préparer vos petits pois en faisant bouillir de l’eau salée et plonger les pendant 3 à 4 minutes.Après cuisson,les plonger dans un saladier rempli d’eau froide et de glaçons,cela pour stopper la cuisson et garder une jolie couleur verte à vos petits pois.Réserver dans un petit récipient.
Émincer très finement vos tranches de rôti de porc ou de jambon.Réserver dans un petit récipient.
Battre 2 œufs en omelette.Saler et Poivrer.Faire cuire votre omelette avec un peu d’huile vierge de sésame dans une large poêle pour la faire la plus fine possible.Une fois cuite,laisser reposer quelques minutes puis la couper en fines lamelles de 0,5cm de largeur.
Réserver.
Émincer un petit poireau très finement et réserver.
Dans une poêle type wok,verser 3 cuillerées à soupe d’huile vierge de sésame et y jeter votre riz parfumé.Ajouter votre émincé de poireau et faire nacrer votre riz ( le riz devient blanc translucide). Saler et couvrir d’eau à hauteur.Laisser cuire à couvert une dizaine de minutes à feu doux.
Vérifier la cuisson et ajouter éventuellement un peu d’eau si nécessaire, le riz doit rester «al dente».
Ajouter ensuite tous vos ingrédients, omelette,petits pois,jambon ou rôti.Assaisonner de poivre de Madagascar de préférence ou autre poivre à disposition.Bien mélanger l’ensemble et laisser à couvert quelques minutes.
Servir bien chaud en accompagnement d’un bon canard laqué,de bœuf aux poivrons ou oignons, ou bien encore, de St jacques snackés sel et poivre…..Un délice.
Ou…. à déguster tout simplement comme çà!!
